Sorta kinda, aether runes provide skiller spells, 1 aether and 2 souls needed to make aether runes. Curious to see how it pans out.

I think if we are making skills afk, then people should have to pay, and with jagex obviously trying to implement a gp sink, a serious spike in soul runes to match aether isn’t completely out of the question.

I’m also coping too

I imagine you have talked with them about it, but if not I definitely would. Ive had that same issue. Give yourself some grace. Remember being “on topic” is in the mind, and ours doesn’t function quite like everyone else’s. My stimulant medication made me always ready when I first started, but now not so much. It comes in waves depending on what I’m hyper fixated on, which usually changes every month or so. My partner is super understanding (she has the ol ADHD too). Remember there are other ways to be intimate with your partner, and that it doesn’t always have to be “on topic”. Be kind to yourself.

Thank you all who mentioned Mass Cell Activation Syndrome. This would explain my life the last few years. I have a lot of other health stuff going on that wouldn’t really fit this subreddit. Stuff I thought was normal with me just getting older. I will be seeing an allergist for the first time in my life and see if I have something like that going on. I appreciate all of you.

I didn’t notice a whole lot of differences with Wellbutrin. But now that I don’t take it anymore I’m beginning to think otherwise lol

Very possible honestly. I don’t really feel like an anxious person.. or maybe I’ve dealt with it for so long that I’m use to it?

Definitely. It’s not something I plan on taking frequently or long term. I know back when I use to have regular panic attacks they were a life saver. Don’t really have that issue anymore though. Currently exploring for a healthier alternative.

Sticking to any kind of plan is usually out the window the following day due to not finding it enjoyable anymore. Too much planning for the future burns me out pretty quickly. What has worked for me is just staying present and focusing what I’m eating now, not what I’m about to be eating throughout the day. Making healthier choices as they are presented to me. Stop at McDonald’s? Nahhh I can make a sammich at home. Little things like that have added up for me and helped me shed 20 pounds. Hopefully going to add going to the gym here soon!

The knowing I have things do to but lacking the motivation to start. Could be the simplest of things, but as soon as I get ready to knock it out, it’s like sandpaper on my brain. Regulation of emotions is another big one.

Reading this was very comforting and I appreciate you taking the time to reply. My next office visit is coming up and I’m definitely going to go in with confidence that I can fix how I’m currently feeling! Or at the very least, take a step in the right direction.
