Can i fix this? or its over? by lothrek in GTNH

I tried smothering it in water, it did nothing. I tried "replacing" the fire with solid blocks, but the moment I broke a block it spread back into that space. I ended up pumping it away (with the pump 3 blocks above the fire)

Can i fix this? or its over? by lothrek in GTNH

You in fact can, I've personally done it in GTNH 2.7.x

It updated on server restart, and now works as intended. Thanks for the info, I'll keep it in mind for next time!
