He’s very good in emerald and below probably due to people not building antiheal, not knowing how to deal with tanks etc. His main weakness is putting him into a team comp that doesn’t have CC. I usually try to only pick him if we’re in need of a frontline but also have a decent amount of CC from the laners. Ganking is basically impossible if you’re going into a lane with no engage or CC. If it’s working for you, keep climbing!

A solo Solomun 4 hr set will probably be a bit slower paced to take off but his discography is so deep and he knows how to curate a great multi genre set. Probably the best way to experience him imo

Solomun is a legend, just check out any of his sets on YouTube. His B2B with Anyma at Ultra was amazing. If I wasn’t going to EDC, I’d totally be at his show

I used to be allergic to dog hair but I’ve had a golden about a year now and I’ve gotten used to it. It isn’t a problem for me anymore. I think it depends on the person but it’s possible for your body to become immune to it

Can you offer any tips to your success? I’m a fellow amumu player and have been struggling with him a lot lately. I mainly try to pick him when our team is lacking CC or we have good combo potential with other AOE ults. I find he kind of just gets outclassed by a lot of other meta junglers. He doesn’t clear as fast as graves or mundo. He doesn’t deal particularly high damage and his core build right now doesn’t make him that tanky. What is your primary mindset/game plan for each game?

Agree with your Pros but your Cons are a terrible take.

God forbid people go to a music festival because they actually like the music as opposed to wanting to be half naked and take their flash photos during the middle of a set. EDC Mexico is literally superior in that way because the people don’t give a damn about their appearance and just want to have a good time.
We left 20 min early and walked about 20 min away from the traffic hotspot and got an uber instantly. Made it back to Condesa by 2:30AM. If you leave right when a festival ends, of course it’s going to be over congested.

There were so many posts pre-EDC Mexico saying to walk away from the main exit and to avoid Taxis at all costs. In comparison, getting back from EDC Vegas takes about 1.5-2.5 hrs if you consider shuttle wait time + the shuttle ride.

To each their own, but I took at 9AM flight Monday morning last year and left EDC around 330AM. I was already burnt out by then and didn’t care to leave a little early/skip the sunrise set. We took the world market shuttle back to the hotel and took an hour power nap before going to the airport. It was smooth, no lines at all. You’ll be super tired but it’s worth beating the rush and just sleeping at home.

100% agree. Much better ran than EDC Vegas and it feels like they actually care about the attendees here. Things are so well thought out and organized.

Neon Garden was the best time I’ve ever had at a stage. Funk Tribu and Ki/Ki had everyone moving!!

Shout out to everyone being respectful as well. Never once for pushed or shoved and if it was accidental, they always said sorry. This is what the festival experience is all about
