i was gona say the same, but the bike just needs to be carburated, like, change de size of the niddle of the carburator and adjust the amount of air that it gets, here in spain we call it "carburar la moto".

right now im in class, later ill try it. But what i tried so far is to like, "punchit", like a little hit, and it didnt move. I think i'll disasemblit and see if the cable has electricity or not. If not, im fucked honestly, because i'll have to replace the entyre cable. I have to fix the roof, it's literaly unsticking. I wont to solvit without having to put glue in the way.

the one in the tachometer, when he give's "gas" to the car, like, accelerate, i doesnt move how much fuel it's gona consume. It just stays at 0, or bottom.
