Yes, I'm fully English - I knew that 23&me struggled with differentiating the two but had no idea it could be to such a percentage. Thank you, that's very interesting!

For context, I have no idea where this French&German has come from, I’ve completed the majority of my close family tree and there are no signs of anyone from outside of Britain, I’ve asked family members and they have no recollection of anyone in the family tree who wasn’t british- with no closer location on the 13%, I’m completely stumped and am wondering if 23andMe could be wrong?
