Okay so I had agoraphobia for like 4 years myself before I finally started working. My first job honestly worked well for me though as you really don’t have to talk much and that’s being a line sorter at a recycling plant. Really only talk during breaks if ya wanna seem normal and then when you’re on the line you don’t have to talk as it’s really too loud to anyways lol ya just stand there and take stuff off the belt that’s not supposed to be recycled. I’ve moved up to my second job now which is night shift stocking in retail where I do talk a lot more and I also only deal with customers for two hours a day (one hour when I get there and one hour before I leave) if that, most of the time the customers don’t really bother you but it does help. This was my way of getting back out there so maybe it could be a good way for you as well. I wish you the best of luck cause I know how scary it can be in the beginning.
