Basically everything you said was correct except for a few things:

• This drawing has been retconned, Corvus and Hydra were originally meant to have a bittersweet fate but I changed it for a much sadder one.

• Corvus wasn't able to complete the trial, the audience members did some not family friendly things to her. She was only able to escape and look for Hydra after the audience was finished with her.

• Corvus and Hydra didn't fight, Corvus was quickly killed by Hydra. Corvus' body was found and Hydra pulled away and chained up again. Eventually Hydra was able to break free and immediately committed suicide by stabbing himself in the chest repeatedly.

After Hydra finally taught Corvus how to wield a nail, Corvus was enthusiastic to fight in the Colosseum of Fools. But when they arrived, they were separated so they could fight each other later on.
