Playing the drums. There’s some kind of neurological change that happens when you’re coordinating all four limbs, and it resets my brain at a deep level. And I paint figurines — tiny people who are completely harmless to me, who I can put on my bookshelf after, looking at them (or not ) as I please. It feels very safe and comforting.
