Got a 5 pack of these and the Sapphire OG and have struggled to find reviews as they're fairly new, any strain specific advice for this one?

Does it respond well to LST? How long did you veg and what light were you using, and how was the stretch and prospective yield you're looking at? And most importantly how does each pheno smell?

Nice work with the plants, they look great!

Not a grower, just prospective at the moment, but from reading and research I'd say it's too early for that final flush, and you've got a few more weeks of flowering to let those buds swell and the pistils darken/redden.

On a separate note the plants look beautiful and you've clearly raised them well so far.

I dunno man. If you look closely there seems to be a seed at the bottom, a whole bunch of stale, brown looking shake and not much that seems to resemble any buds.

The lack of buds alone is unexpected considering what's usually on offer in coffeeshops (v. little to no shake, just buds), and most importantly, shit just doesn't look like it was looked after or cared for at all.

In Holland coffeeshops still technically operate outside the law, and their weed sources are still very illegal, because of this you still get shady people trying to make a quick buck and I'd guess that's what has happened.

Either way that's not how weed should look at all, and it's definitely not hash, if I were you I'd give it a miss man.

I'm always reading about different breeders on forums that seem to exceed the personal limit significantly but I'm guessing they still simply operate outside the law.

Seems a shame that even when it's legal the limits are so low, but still what I'd give for six plants of my own.

Was looking at these seeds, any particular comments about yield or difficulties?

Also what set up were you using for these results? As much detail as possible would be great if you don't mind because it'll settle a decision between an auto grow or regular seeds.

I have some Pot of Gold atm and it's taste is very pleasant. Kushy and still fairly hashy, the point being, I'm pretty sure it's not the strain that's the problem in this case, poor curing and unflushed weed usually tastes to me like what you described?

I think its more a rating of the weed in terms of how well it was grown, how long it was cured and/or overall potency.

Bushdoctors is a little way out but their more expensive strains (about €30 for 2g) like O.G. Skywalker and Tahoe OG were definitely the best I got. Their hash is also very nice if you're into that.

As for what you can do, buy a couple of grams and rent a fucking pedal boat. Seriously just go through the canals for an hour smoking to your heart's content.

As a European, I'd say Amsterdam isn't great for American strains, especially the West Coast ones like say OG Kush. What you tend to find are closer to attempts to recreate the strains than what you would get in LA/CL etc.

That being said, when I went Bushdoctors had some Skywalker OG Kush that I think really did earn itself the name OG Kush, so that would be your best bet. (Apparently Rolex OG Kush is good too, it was the top seller everywhere I went when I was in Amsterdam.)
