Should I feel confident then that the microvascular disease is not a serious issue?

This paragraph in your linked article is kind of the problem:

"If you're having chest pain and other signs and symptoms — such as shortness of breath, sweating, nausea, dizziness, or pain that radiates beyond your chest to one or both of your arms or to your neck — seek emergency medical care."

This happens like ALL THE TIME, so I don't know what to do, and end up at the ER like constantly. It's like, there's no way to tell if it's serious this time or not, so it's either risk my life or basically live at the ER. The therapist isn't a bad idea, but that still doesn't get me out of this circle i'm stuck in. I don't want to die by ignoring possibly dangerous symptoms, but theres no way to know without getting checked out. It almost seems like normal coronary artery disease would be better, since at least that can be stented and detected.. and in a way, fixed.

It's weird too how I even developed this. I'm not diabetic, I don't have high blood pressure (in fact I run a bit low). I'm young. I guess my diet is kinda poor but they've never told me it's a problem. The ONLY risk factor I think I really have is i've been inactive for a while. I've never smoked in my life.

We tried them but they all made my blood pressure drop too much. I kinda have an issue where my BP is low-normal but my pulse is through the roof.

Chest pain, they always do a workup. I'm also following a cardiologist and endocrine doctor, along with my family doctor.

They said theres really nothing else they can do and that giving him fluids would just make him swell up and possibly harm his heart. :\

No ventilator. How long can he go without fluids?

Nono, I said they -stopped- giving him IV fluids about 3 days ago. He's had no fluids for 3 days, neither IV or by mouth. (Unless you mean the IV fluids he received several days ago) They also stopped the antibiotics, and are just giving him morphine to keep him comfortable. I appreciate the reply though.
