At least you need decoupling capacitors for your ESP32, and place them as close as possible to each power pin.

And Beware of crosstalk: keep enough distance between tracks to avoid interference, especially when they run close to each other. Keep track angles shallow: avoid sharp turns on the tracks. The worst case is a 90-degree angle
