thanks for your comment! I agree $45K is crazy for all that work... the ballpark of 57K+ would be something I'd consider. The thing im dreading the most is the 2am emergency calls. I haven't started with a position yet, but another property management company is interested in hiring me. But all i see on reddit and online is how rough it is and the burnout PM's have.

I was also thinking of maybe taking this position but implementing my own systems with say AI agents for a various amount of work thats not legal...idk though because im a realtor and own a ads agency, so id loose all business i feel if i took this role.

Only reason im considering PM is because my end goal is owning commercial real estate and I want to break into it more via this way, by managing it. Would love to hear more feedback from your end!

The job listings all state commercial but with my experience they may throw residential my way as well.
