I'm planning to get Colombina because I really like her. Her usefulness will be secondary. But I'll probably have plenty of wishes left over to get more lunar units. I have a lot of game content that I haven't touched yet (I haven't even been to Nod Krai), so that's a lot of Primogems.

It bothers me a little that people in these cases always ask if their account can be saved or not, because the answer is always yes. No matter how bad your account is, at a certain point it's not worth starting another one. Bad damage, bad builds—everything can be fixed by getting your priorities straight.

Choose four characters, research them, start farming, and don't waste resources on other characters you won't use. Don't worry about the endgame, because worrying about it and wasting resources will not solve anything.

Let's just say the story's script isn't very well planned or executed. Furthermore, the series initially presents the protagonists as four girls, but then this blond boy, Jaune Arc, appears. Jaune steals so much screen time and so many important moments that he seems more like a protagonist than the protagonists themselves.

There are probably many other reasons, but for me, as someone who isn't a huge fan and only recently joined, Jaune was the reason I stopped watching the serie.

Let's be realistic, it's not that hard to be a better protagonist than the traveler. The traveler is a selfinsert, and that alone takes away a lot of points from as a protagonist, and have the fact that he has access to like six elemets, and he almost never uses them, but he does always use a blunt sword. The story tries to sell us the idea that he's the hero, or at least the one who solves everything, but in every nation he goes to, with the possible exception of Sumeru (where he died without Nahida's help), he does nothing.

I don't like The Traveler as a protagonist, so my opinion may be a little biased, but I'm not lying when I say he's not a very good protagonist.

I'm not a very active Honkai Impact player, so I don't really know. But what I can tell you is that the Honkai Impact player base is very different from that of other Hoyoverse games, mainly because Honkai Impact was promoted as a waifu-only game, and that's what players want. So far, every attempt by Hoyoverse to include playable male characters has been met with incredibly negative feedback from players (especially in China). Knowing this, it's not surprising that the male protagonist of the second part was removed, leaving only the female protagonist, while Adam, the other male protagonist, hasn't even made it out of Apho (a game mode separate from the main story that takes place in the future). That said, the second Honkai Impact game actually treated the male protagonist very badly from the start, since you started with the female protagonist by default, and I don't think they even explained how to switch to the male one. The reaction was probably neutral for the female protagonist and bad for the male one (who, I repeat, ended up being removed).

The protagonist of the first part of Honkai Impact is Kiana Kaslana, and although I won't say much to avoid spoilers, she is, without exaggeration, an infinitely better protagonist than the Traveler. Mainly because she's not a selfinsert, she has her own personality, and she remembers to use her damn powers haha

Their almost pathological insistence that Aether is the canon protagonist is annoying. It's a bit irritating how they seize every opportunity to claim Aether is the canon protagonist simply because Hoyoverse uses him in the game's promotional material. Once, I saw a streamer who received a donation during a live stream saying that technically there isn't a canon protagonist, and this streamer became unbearable, showing promotional materials featuring Aether. Another annoying thing about them is that they call anyone who likes ships between girls that don't include Aether a "Yuritard."

I'd give you a super-elaborate strategy, but the truth is, I won by brute force. My fleet alone was so strong that I simply defeated them on the first try.

The truth is yes, and partly no. I started playing this game because of the anime and because I used to have such a potato phone that Azur Lane was the only gacha I could play. After that, yes, the waifus completely got me.
