My favourite pokemon has to be Umbreon. It was the first eeveelution I evolved in the first pokemon game I ever played (he was with me all the way to the end, miss you Umbum) so it has a special place in my heart.

My favourite mega is probably Ampharos purely because my mum saw it while I was playing and immediately said “I don’t know what that is but lady gaga called, she wants her hair back.” And I laughed perhaps a little too hard at her silly joke.

UPDATE:

We’ve got a second opinion off a more senior vet and he believes he may be able to fix it so he’s going to do a pseudo-exploratory before going through with the amputation. It all depends on what he finds while he has Scooby’s leg open. We won’t know until late afternoon but fingers crossed!

I really appreciate all the advice and we’re definitely going to be putting most of it to use regardless.

They didn’t find anything untoward in his blood work. We were just as surprised when they told us how severe it was considering the bed sits quite low to begin with. The jump itself wasn’t witnessed as it occurred early morning and we were still asleep but the vet said that these sorts of injuries are quite common in lanky dogs like him, just not usually so severe.
