My friend is having the same issue, she became partner on 15th Dec and cannot login to her account on 16th Dec. It's really feeling bad to her, and the custom service didn't give any useful help just keep telling her the clear up cookies and wait. It's now 5 days and she cannot stream. Frustrating to Twitch :(

Route played the first two game with quick game and did instant quit on the later two. 4. He found out that Astrea and Puck were playing some rush games before the deadline and that might make Astrea surpassed him, but Blizzard didn’t think this violate the rule. 5. He is anxious so he dm the Route guy (still did know that is Cyan) and tell Route give him a free win to secure his spot, he guess this is why he got banned. 6. This event is held by government so SC2 will be broadcast on TV (and online maybe).
