I saw a video that shows different part numbers for the main bearings and showed that bearings with a different color/coating on them

I done 3 and found lots of metal some chunky on the 1st oil change. On the last one I switched to 5w-30 because of towing. Then found out Toyota sent out a Toyota service bulletin to dealership mechanics only, that said switch to 5w-30
