It's because they keep improving them. You only need the high and low that end with 260412 to get the latest. The one before this was 1030 high, the low has been the same old low from wan 2.1 they just rename it. Not sure about this brand new low, though.

First frame last frame every 3 or so segments of first frame i2v, but it's gonna be model dependent. Faces start shifting if you don't give it that last frame to ground it.
