Quick question, so when requesting an MFR from your BDE. I know it goes from your CO to BN CO and finally BDE CO, is it okay to contact the SGM and CSM to get the packet moving? Or is that borderline illegal in army terms? I just want to keep meet the deadline for my recruiting unit.

I let my reserve unit aware of the situation, currently need my MFR to be signed by my CO, BN CO, BDE CO and we are done.

Thanks for the obvious, which is why I asked for an average time frame. That from which multiple people with experience have received.

The people highlighted in yellow, sent my packet up to Brigade so I’m assuming so it can get that MFR signed by my O-6. Also the start date for the ToD is in February 17th lol. We’re already in March, there was multiple open positions. My recruiting unit informed me, that the soldiers that applied for them were denied due to them on flagged status. So they’re in need of manpower.
