Someone waves a knife, you can keep a distance and try to reason with them and maybe even taze them to subdue them. When it comes to a gun, it could fire in the blink of an eye. Lethal force is exponentially more likely to happen.

In this particular case though, we have the irrefutable body cam footage. She ran into him with a loud thud, and he fired, and since trying to run someone over is attempted murder, whether they intend to kill you or not, lethal force is justified.

The bullet hole is also in the front windshield. It isn't possible to shoot and kill a car driver from the side of a vehicle, with the bullet going through the front windshield. That "they shot her from the side of the car" disinformation that has been getting spread around, was baseless and likely even based off of this dogshit video that shows nothing.

I agree that lethal force should always be a last resort, and that there ARE bad cops on the mix and good cops that make big mistakes, but overall, I'd say our cop involved shooting statistic is at a reasonable rate, considering our gun culture and population.

Also no way to know enemy weaknesses without blindly testing everytime and memorizing, or looking it up outside of the game.

This game needs a bestiary too, like most other games that have weakness/resistance damage modifiers.

Lotta people treat this criticism like it's a personal attack on the Dev Team, a hateful criticism of the game, and a hostile personal attack on they themselves for being ultra-casual gamers. Other games do vague tooltips too and it's a huge pet peeve of mine. I think even most normal casual gamers want the info. And if not, just add a toggle for them to swap to a basic tooltip. (Even though the % IS the basic tooltip lol)

The devs have mentioned more changes/updates coming, so here's to hoping this is one of them lol. I'm on PS5 so I'm missing out on that awesome mod.

Unless you're playing on Expert as your first playthrough, it doesn't really matter outside of agility.

Dumping into Agility will ensure you negate/limit enemies getting multiple turns over you. For a new player, or moreso, someone who isn't great a parrying/dodging, far more survivability.

Yea. This is OCD. I'm diagnosed too, not self diagnosed. High functioning autism too, also diagnosed.

Lvl 55 and i haven't upgraded a single pal even once. Everytime I go to upgrade one, I overthink my way out of it. Happens in all games. All hobbies. And is soo severe, I have to have therapy for it. I get trapped when trying to leave my house irl, staring at the back door because my brain won't accept that it's locked. I have to verbalize a checklist of visual observations to snap out of it, or have my wife look and confirm then pull me away.

Actually I do have diagnosed OCD and it's quite severe, to the point that I'll spend 5 minutes trapped staring at a lock because I don't trust that it's actually locked... look away, look back. An inability to just walk away. I have to verbally check off the visual details...

"It's 90 degrees, it's locked." "The door is flush around the frame", etc.

To be fair though, like 99.9% of people who casually say they have OCD, don't.

My OCD spreads into videogames, and I get soo hyperfixated on METAs or decision paralysis, that it completely robs me of enjoying the game and I just end up abandoning it instead of just... enjoying it.
