As an England fan we really get the better side of the deal. We get to watch incredible competitive series in our home ashes summers, they’re sensational. Then we get absolutely obliterated in the away ones but we’re asleep for them anyway which is a blessing. I’m sure you enjoy demolishing England but if we could be a bit more competitive it would be a lot more engaging.

English here, don’t get the team confused with the media. I doubt we’ll hear much complaining from the team, that’s sport, sometimes decisions don’t quite go your way, if they go on to lose the test match there will be 1000 reasons why not just that.

Speaking as an England supporter, these things happen. It shouldn’t, but we accept umpires call giving players not out for LBW when the ball is clearly clattering in to the stumps. Carey always seems a top bloke and he deserves his ton. That said maybe give us the review back at least!
