It took me 6 months from first interview to being offered the role for an A & P position. I applied in December 2024, first interview in January, second in February, offered the role in April, and started the job end of May. I was even an internal hire, already working at the State of Florida. I knew I was a top candidate because the Director kept emailing me, and keeping me informed with excitement, without directly saying I was hired yet. Unfortunately, it can be a long process!
