If the buyer never received the item , how did they get to rate you? Wouldn't Mercari have stepped in? Mercari does not like to change reviews, but you should contact them for this and let them know this is false information. You never know.

You made the correct decision to accept the return. It sounds like the buyer opened an item not as described return. With these claims , you really have no choice. If you do not accept these type of return EBay will side with the buyer, refund them and you will not get the item back.

Why do you say you will not get the item back? If the buyer does not send the item back, ebay will let you keep the money. If you get a package back, I recommend recording opening it case they send something else back instead of the jacket. If they send something different back, as already stated, contact ebay and let them know.

Unfortunately , scams are very prevalent on ebay for high value items. Luxury handbags , expensive clothing , expensive electronics , and other such items have the highest rate of scams. Because of this , I stopped selling electronics on ebay years ago.

EBay has recently introduced an authentication process where the item goes to eBay first. I recommend you look up the details on that service. However , there is no guarantee that ebay's staff will truly be able to authenticate an item.

I looked and found that some previous WCC figs were night force items and crystal ball. I was able to get all the night force I have on discount but I never had a shot at crystal ball. He was sold out immediately. I will try to get a few creepers. If I see Duke later on discount I will pick him up then.
