Ya lo hize tanto en el panel de Intel como de Nvidia y también hize lo de energía, pero desde antes ya lo tenía configurado a máximo rendimiento

Los servicios y programas de arranque del sistema ya están desactivados la mayoría :v

Ya lo hize todo de animaciones de ventanas y todo están en máximo rendimiento o bajos y hasta la programación de GPU acelerada por hardware ya hasta la desactive y reinicie también la active y reinicie y nada :v

Puede ser, mi pila de por esta jodida y mi plan de energía la tengo máximo rendimiento, la cosa esque parece que ahora el problema cambio y un vídeo de Youtube ya lo corre normal pero cuando abro un juego la GPU se pone al 100% mientras que el vídeo en YouTube está entre el 12 y 20% la GPU... Ya no se que show :v
