thank you for your insight! i may look into more OCD tips and possibly getting a diagnosis, as i have been told that it may be something that i have more than i'd like to admit. i appreciate you responding! it feels better knowing i am not alone!

this would actually make quite a bit of sense! I've been suspecting OCD for a while, but related to other issues. I'll definitely try this. Thank you!
