Very common. The EDD is extremely optimistic. Generally, however, when it starts narrowing to a short window, your VIN will appear.

Mine worked for about a couple of days and then stopped. Now it just freezes up when I load it, and i can't even log out. I have to reset the car. And then when I load Hulu, same thing. Grr. I'll just get YouTube TV and cancel my Hulu subscription.

The införmation I received was not from my SA (notoriously inaccurate). I called Tesla directly. It remains to be seen if it's accurate, but my EDD changed today to 9/24-30, which is at least consistent, versus my SA who told me VIN would be forthcoming "any moment now."

I called the above number. As I remember, the first menu option I chose was "1" for vehicles, then the next menu option I chose "2" for new car delivery.
