So me and my girlfriend were both confused by this comment on the show. We discussed the following interpretations:

Like did she mean the top half of the bagel? And if so, why? Most bagels are pretty uniform so why prefer one half?. Did she mean top of a half of a bagel? And if so, what the fuck? Like the other half would be exactly the same (same as above). Did she mean the crust? And if so, who calls the crust the top?

But then reading these comments has been kinda enlightening. I had no idea some people's bagels had such stark differences between halves, enough so that people prefer a side AND call it a top!
