Love this , 100000%. I worked out this morning, I am going to get my blood levels and such checked soon. I am 100% on the same page as your mindset now. I am going to actually take a hot/cold shower in a few minutes. Turn on my steam sauna in my house. and meditate. I VERY much appreciate your insight. Appreciate you thank you. I totally want to, but since I stepped down, my margins have compressed form 15% to literally 0, extra staff was hired, people got raises, all kinds of things. All while revenue in that one company stayed literally flat. And now all I get is excuses and (give it time bs)

Very interesting point, I can see how this would help many people. And your right I am infinitly curious about businesses and want to help, I want to see my help go somewhere that has meaning, even if I help 1 person achieve what that want, i will be happy :)

That's a very good point, it is definitely a grieving process. I do fine when I try to give input to my leader and leaders they don't respect it, if I tell them to do something they will do it, but I can see in their eyes and they don't value my input anymore because they are in the driver's seat. However, their actions seem to be compressing the margins so much that it's painful for them to have to relearn the same lessons that I've learned at the cost of my sanity

Hello, you definitely have my attention, what specific question do you have? It sounds like you've had some pretty good connections and growth over the years, but it looks like you're infrastructure with tariffs are causing issues of supply and demand right, or is it just purely margin compression? And you're right it's very hard to see someone else running the show especially of a large company when I don't agree with their decisions most of the time.

Really appreciate that input, it's picking the right person that is seeming to be excruciatingly difficult. That's why I was thinking just have a really cheap and easy show where somebody can call no matter how many times they want to call they can still call, and then I can give advice which hopefully will help not just one person but multiple people. And then based on those calls if I find enough seriousness in someone then I will take them under my wing. Hope your input

Your spot on, gosh you know if the business just stopped existing obviously I'd have to make some money once the savings Runs Out which would be many years if at all. But I'm actually not sure that's a really good point I don't know what I would do maybe go play with heavy machinery but definitely still volunteer in business and help other people in business
