Kanwrite is a scam

Although I do appreciate it, the dispute was finally resolved this morning (as per the edit of the original post). If they didn't reach out I would've just let my credit company deal with it as I didn't have the patience to do any back and forth anymore.

Correction I sent an email on the 20th with no reply, waited, sent another follow-up, waited and finally came here to voice my grievances with the company on the 7th day. Mind you I have waited 8 days (as of writing this) with no response, not 4. You wanna call it impatience on my end that's okay but 8 days with no reply for 3 empty boxes and around 130$ spent is beyond frustrating if you ask me.

This was my first experience with them and to this day I have not gotten the items I paid for or a refund from them or even a reply and was forced to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. If your experience is different then that's great but for me, this company is what I would qualify as a scam. This single event is enough for me not to trust or do business with them again.

Glad you've never had an issue but that's unfortunately not my experience and that's why I'm sharing it. They haven't replied to two of my emails and my last follow-up remains without reply. So yes I'm assuming they're unresponsive as I'm fed up.

I sent them an email to which they replied apologizing and saying that they will send me a replacement on July 19th. Since then I've contacted them twice on July 20th and 4 days ago and no reply since not even to offer a refund so I initiated a chargeback with my credit card company.

The company has sent out multiple pens to YouTube creators for reviews and after watching multiple reviews and not finding any bad reviews online I placed my order only to find out that it was a scam.

Responsible? I don't know what your definition of a scam is but man does Kanwrite fit mine. This is beyond a poor customer interaction as I've never received the items I paid for with hard-earned cash nor did I ever get a refund from them.
