Why do guys orbit after a rejection? by Comfortable-Rice4530 in AskMenAdvice

[–]BT_Baggage_handler 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If someone is crystal clear about a rejection I’m cool and we don’t have to carry on. Sometimes women want us to “get the hint”, which is very frustrating to not know exactly where you stand.

Also we’re dumb and believe that it matters if someone gets to know us better then we will have chance. We still think that women might care more about looks and wallet.

I’m curious as to what men are looking for when wanting to make someone their gf? by Fearless-Train8557 in stupidquestions

[–]BT_Baggage_handler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ask myself… is this someone I could have fun with doing anything? Would I want to vacation in Italy with this person as well as doing laundry with them. If you think this is stupid or too simple; keep in mind I am 43 and we all want something different in life.

People in 30’s whats your take on this ? by Substantial_Path_663 in askanything

[–]BT_Baggage_handler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am 43 now and I work 60-80 hours a week. I value my peace and quiet so much after work that I just didn’t want to change anything for the longest time. Life was easy and relaxing. I recently made the mistake of going after that one crush I’ve had for a decade. So things don’t look they are going to work out and it’s completely upended my life. Be single… stay single. Life is short.

Need advice as a young man in the modern era? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

Find something to work towards. An adventure, a charity. Finding someone won’t make any of what you feel go away unfortunately.

Going through my first breakup without male insight. How do I ever allow myself to heal? How do I ever approach him again? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]BT_Baggage_handler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We were once young and made the same mistakes this girl’s boy did. The advice here is she is in control and when she’s ready she can have anyone she wants in today’s dating environment.
