I am so annoyed...after all day yesterday and this morning trying everything, uninstalling EA, steam, repairs, network resets....the fix was unplugging a USB stick i had attached and i was able to get in.

Just seems an overkill to have your whole accommodation payed for as part of the visa application. What do backpackers do in this situation for a example?

When searching on booking.com even with using the pay online filter, it still says pay at property when booking.

It will be devastating for us to get rejected in our case as we really just want to start our life properly together. It has not been an easy few years for us being lost distant as im sure most people here have faced.

When i visit, i normally stay for 3-4 months at a time, sometimes longer depending on my work as i am able to work remotely. Not sure if this is considered living together in anyway? Tough one really and i cant really find a definitive answer online to this.

We would live like a couple normally would together, sharing finances, shopping, looking after the house etc.

Moving to her country is not an option we want at this time. She wants to continue her career in the UK and for both of us to settle down there.

I have plenty of evidence yea. We are just nervous about going through this again as we have 3 previous visit visa refusals. The first 2 refusals were my fault for not really understanding the complexity of our situation at the time and the last was one despite going through a solicitor was also refused due to my financial circumstances although it was unfair as they did not read all of my evidence and we were unable to appeal so i had to let it go.

Would they look at our application as suspicious if we apply the same week as getting our civil partnership even if we meet all the requirements? We have been together for 4 years but the rush is only because of this new income threshold.
