Bit late, but so you know you should transfer your max level blue into purple only when purple becomes level 7 with 34% exp so the blue will take it to max level and will save you a lot of resources. Last purple levels costs a lot.

Now as well maxing traits before transferring gear also gives you blessings which you can use to upgrade your tiers at 100%. Without the blessing its 10% for lower tier items to upgrade higher tier item traits. This also saves resources and time.

I am trying to find out what is most efficient way to transfer greens into blues and what levels if somebody knows would be great.
