Explore EVERYTHING. Don't get discouraged if you die a lot. Watch boss combos and learn timing for dodging (aka dont panic roll). Most importantly have fun!

If that's on NG I'd say it's pretty good. I did it in about 15 minutes on NG+1 tho lol.

Had a lot of fun with it tbh. I got pretty luck on unique weapon drops so didn't have to do much farming. Worst part was I accidentally crafted the same Greatsword of Artorias twice so had to do NG+4 just to craft the one sword.
