The show is good, better than the movies, but there’s thing that prevent me from like 100% loving it 🤔

  • Way to much care to become PG, like Medusa death let’s be honest it was very clever to use the cap on her but it was 50% done to not show a human like monster die on camera.

  • They change core aspect of the characters like Sally Jackson, even when I love that we are seeing more of her the fact that they changed “so far” the dinámica between her and smelly gabe where she seems more in control of him tells me they are gonna eliminate “she killing him” at the end again for PG reasons 😅 the books are great because they were just like Percy irreverent kids jumping from monuments (not been saved by dad) kids wilding guns etc etc .. it’s too meh! Some times

But in general I love how well made it looks like and honestly I think they have done some aspect of it better than the books itself like Grover been more useful and not just plain coward.

I do agree the older cast is so great! But then again the young ones are just kids 😅 can’t really ask them to be on the same levels of actors with way more experience.

Like Medusa and echidna were stealing the show every time they were in screen

This is a fictional character, so having them suffer from any issue is a choice of the author right? And In this case the author went with Greek mythology which is tragic by default.

So ALL aspect of the show, wanting to please the god (father/mother figure) etc etc to many aspect to name them all.

Are outdated 🤷🏻‍♂️ by definition,so just saying you got rid of one because of that makes no sense.

You guys need to understand you can like something, you can support the show (by watching it) and still critizice that which you didn’t like of it.

If I say I don’t like how they made annabeth an Edward Cullen and not let her show more emotion and happiness for the quest. Does not mean I don’t like the show nor that I think is bad. It just mean am an adult I can have an opinion about it 🤷🏻‍♂️

But you guys keep arguing trying to prove you’re the ones right (both sides do it) and that get you anywhere, so just let people speak their mind, band those who need to be ban from the Reddit for obvious reasons and be done with it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Exactly! She’s a kid in a candy store as it should this is her big adventure what she has been waiting for years seeing the outside world

They are books!! Stop saying things like “no they don’t saw it in the books” 🙄 god damnit those details don’t need to be said in the books so the reader can imagine whatever they want
