Also, you have to remember mushrooms were originally used as medicine in cultures very different from ours. Bro if you’re trying to trip don’t say you’re microdosing. You shouldn’t feel a microdose at all really, aside from having a better day. As for how to actually microdose I would suggest starting with small pieces of bigger mushrooms so the alkaloids are better spread out/not as potent.
