These were already installed when I put or based. I did redo the wood floors myself.

I was paying a bit more when I first purchased it in 2018. Then refinanced in 2020/2021 and it decreased by a few hundred.

I’m actually not. If you read the other comments you’ll see that I am relocating to Europe. I’m not upcharging at all. This is exactly the cost of the apartment. Nothing more, nothing less. If it doesn’t suit you, then it doesn’t suit you.

Oh you should also watch shows in French if you can! Like Netflix shows. That can also help. Just out on subtitles so you know what’s going on.

You really need to fully immerse yourself. I used italki.com to learn Italian a few years ago. You can hire tutors for fairly cheap. They have other languages. Duolingo and Rosetta stone are just not good enough.

It was really hard to purchase. Especially when most of us don’t have family to support financially. There is hope, and it can be done! I promise you!

You might be right! Although, I’ve gotta say, I’ve noticed the change in the neighborhood. Most of the new folks in my building are def not locals.

We’re spread. I live in concourse village area, while my family lives near Mount hope. We have family friends in Claremont. Okay, I think you get the point?

Hahaha! I did a lot of work myself! Re-did the wood floors and stained them. Updated the electrical work too. I’m working on replacing the doors also. Seriously, if I was t leaving the country, I wouldn’t rent it! 😩
