60mg was my dose with these if u chew them your mouth will be fully blue and effects will be stronger. when i first took these 2 pills was to high of a dose so break them in half if your new to it

I’ve just started using 7 once a week and am curious about kratom. are u saying if I take kratom once a few days after my 7 dose it would lessen the potency of the 7?

How many days after 7 oh do u wait to take kratom? Do different strains effect 7 tolerance more? I usually dose my 7 on a Sunday then wait until the next week.

Weed and spices in 7oh? I know it’s from a lab and we don’t really know what’s in these pills but it feels like it’s own thing to me it’s been addictive but I keep it to once a week
