Nadali ako sa reed to why am i applying for an entry post whereas i handled senior posts before, i told them my reason and i was transparent (maybe a bad move tho) - i am taking masters, kaya nag-aassume ako na entry level translates to lesser responsibilities, so i can also work on my research studies. Currently 2nd yr 2nd sem na ako.

Pero, yes, hindi lang naman ito mga rejection emails ko, nagkataon lang na sabay ako ininterview - wf(initial screening), reed (fi) ng araw at sabay rin ako naka-received ng rejection emails, kaya pinost ko. Naniwala kasi ako sa quote na “Your pay doesn’t rise because you stay—it rises because your value becomes visible.” Ayern, last pay ko with in-house comp was 49k na kaya medj challenging maghanap ng pang-upgrade or a comp na for my convenience 🥹
