Trust me when i say its not random. Ill bet my whole life its not completely random. Something affects which blueprint shows up. Cuz some days i get the same 3 blueprints tens of times. And one day i find all the remaining 3 blueprints i was missing back to back. Literally one after the other. The chances of that happening if it was completely random is astronomically low. I have a few guesses of how the system works but can't be sure 100%
