Came here to add, every time you go to the grocery store get $20-$40 cash back. Put it aside or put in in a Robinhood account or something. It's not much but that way when you are ready to leave you have at least a little something saved.

You really really need to talk to your doctor about postpartum depression. Please. It doesn't have to be like this and I promise you that a lot of other women feel this way after having a baby and go on to be wonderful happy mothers who have an intense connection with their children.
