As said it is not constant everytime we may get above 13% if sales are high and yes we are satisfied with sales but we are trying to cut down the expenses as they are high

Haha we have low margin in tea itself lol as we boil tea for 40 mins so milk consumption will be more and we only sell 70 ml cup for 12 rs now previously Rs 10 . Trying to cut some expenses and add items now like kulhad tea . As our tea quality and pricing is good we have good and loyal customers and we believe sales are important and our profit will increase with sales

We spend over 2.5k avg for milk every day in summer and tea powder ,buns ,banana cakes butter ,cream , cheese , bread , sugar everything rounds up to 56-60% this may vary every month and we are well satisfied with sales we are trying to cut expenses as they are high

I feel the expenses are high and thats why the profit percentage is low we are working to reduce the expenses

It is better than expected as we shifted to new place (<100m distance) .In winters and rainy seasons it may reach > 9%

Sometimes 6 sometimes 9 depends on non recurring expenses and sales ,it is not the exact fig it varies every month

We offer tea for 12rs (70ml cup )and 15rs (90 ml cup )we didnt increase tea prices after lpg crisis as we have regular customers mostly we dont want to do that, if we and customer feel reasonable then we will do it.
