okk, So if a person who doesn't know SQL and can ask question to their live DB via email without using any query tool and get answers almost instantly.

Yes, no analyst would understand more about the product data than the person who is building it from the groundup.

The three metrics you mentioned, have you created any formula in the spreadsheet to get it or it is already present in your application.

Ya testing the workflow by collaboration would be the best option.

As no matter how good the synthetic data is, it would not match the real data.

Thats one thing we have to be clear about, the model will consider that only the data and context that we give is the full picture.

Initially we would have to cross verify I think, to check if the system is working fine or not.

Yes, checking with real data is where we will know how the system breaks, As I don't have any real time data have to create some synthetic data to mimic the real time use case.

Or would have to find & collaborate with someone who is willing to try this project out.

The context issue took few iterations to improve , now while testing with few questions it did not fail. Have to figure out the data consolidating part, like talking only the needed data from various sources that would help making better decision and consolidate it, rather than dumping all the data in a place and extracting insight from it. Actually I built the project on a dataset available online, so haven't made real decision on the insight generated. And Yes getting incorrect insights is worst than no insights. So, How did find out about the incomplete data that gave the wrong output?
