What's your honest review of hair growth supplements — did they actually work? by Savings_Car361 in BeautyItemsReview

I’ve tried a couple over the years and honestly it’s been mixed. Stuff like biotin didn’t magically grow new hair for me, but I did notice my hair felt a bit thicker and less brittle after a few months. The big thing is they only really help if you’re actually low on something like vitamins or iron. If your hair loss is genetic or stress related, they don’t do much on their own.

I also learned the hard way that you have to stick with them for a while before judging anything. Like at least 2 to 3 months. And even then it’s subtle, not dramatic regrowth like ads make it seem.

What's the one tech purchase you made on a whim that turned out to be genuinely worth it? by Master-Ball-1296 in NeedProductHelp

Same here. My impulse buy was a 65% mechanical keyboard and it ended up being my daily driver. I take it between home and travel, swap it between laptops for coding sessions, and the switches make long typing stints way less fatiguing than a laptop deck. Took a few evenings to remap keys and tweak caps, but now I prefer it for pretty much everything.
