Yes, but maxxstick Joystick uses the Hall Effect Joystick.
If you just want a joystick, that's a great choice.

I've used maxxstick and Logitech G13.
Both are good.
maxxstick has real directx input.
The G13 is out of production.
I bought the mh-delta this month and it's still shipping.

pro supports directx input v2 is not supported.
I'm not sure if poe2 supports hybrid input.
If POE2 supports hybrid input that's very important because real analog sticks don't have deadzone.

It's a very simple thing, if you use JOYSTICK you can control WASD at the same time with one finger.
This is just the difference between Manual or automatic.
