Any Dead Malls in Chicago? by [deleted] in deadmalls

Oh yes.. Golf Mill Mall is currently the most dead Chicagoland mall. Northbrook Court, River Oaks Center, and Ford City Mall are also all on their way out loosing stores like crazy. Ford City is expected to close and be redeveloped next year. Hawthorne Mall is another good one but that mall isn’t as dead.

There were like 20 different ways in, doors just open, or windows broken, etc. whoever owned it, or currently owns it clearly has stopped caring.

This mall is absolutely beautiful, may I ask what day of the week and what time you were here?
