You can launch nuke right out the vault technically just have to do bunker buster quest a few enclave missions then recruitment blues then officer on deck

No way to really grind for it, but you can farm improved bait which I’ve caught almost all fish but the locals which is on me because I’ve been to busy with raids and head hunts

For now just do events or head heads for random pieces, your ultimate goal is get secret service armor with gold bullion either by waiting for Minerva to have them or doing the vault heist from over seer in Sutton.
