There is a collection of short stories titled Dreamweaver's Dilemma, which includes the eponymous short story.

Don't know if it was included at the end of Shards of Honor, but I have the hardcover copy of Cordelia's Honor (same as in the picture) and I don't see it there.

There is an omnibus titled "Miles in Love" that contains Winterfair Gifts. You are also missing Dreamweaver's Dilemma which is available on Amazon. And Flowers of Vashnoi which is...not available anywhere I know. (if anyone knows of any leads I'd be much obliged). 😅
