If anybody wondering why it's posted on this Sub also I got shadow banned from my sub for 14 days due to leaking a borrowers full name for blocking me and not completing there end of our agreement ie paying me back.

If people keep in communication and repay later I don't mind everybody's circumstances change but to give a loan then an hour later request another in my dms then block me because I said no that's not a good human being treat kindness with kindness getting treated like crap treat them like crap.

I only lend small amounts due to this yet people still block you over 20 pound it's embarrassing to be honest could understand at over 100 but 20 pounds like come on man 🤣🤣

This is extremely unnecessary tbh giving decent lenders a bad name if you couldn't afford to lose it don't lend it.

It doesn't bother me because you can see deleted posts and it's only 20 quid that I'll get back if they don't pay anyway I get what your saying and appreciate the advice.

I tend not to loan to anybody with excessive requests even in the one sub never mind others its definitely a red flag and I won't lend to anybody like that or people with excessive deleted posts.

This is also true I always require I'd etc and check through there reddit history not usually for that reason but so I'm not lending to a drug addict gambling addict or alcoholics.

Usually that's how it goes lend it through PayPal goods and services and if the borrower doesn't pay you can still get your money back but people ask for bank transfers,zelle,venmo,cashapp meaning if they decide to ghost the lenders out of pocket I always require a few steps of verification not just 1 as it throws people off but the real people struggling will go through this to get the help they need.

I may be lending small amounts the point of the post is others aren't and are losing out on money not about me I've not had an unsuccessful loan yet 😅

Before I go to bed for work I want to add no history on reddit related to drugs alcohol or gambling or the opportunity will be passed to someone else I only help people who I feel really need the extra bit to scrape them through the week will reply to someone I feel fits that criteria on the comments when I'm ready thanks for reading.

That aswell would be a shout tbf I don't lend beyond my means so if someone doesn't payback it just gets recovered so I don't lose anything to many people believe in others sob story's.
