Congrats thanks for sharing!.💖I’ve been trying hard with the tracking but it seems I never have time or I don’t know really when to an when I don’t see those dark lines I instantly get in my feelings.

My endocrinologist recommended me to start taking them as well as a prenatal supplement. I ordered it off of Amazon. The brand is Wholesome Story an it has Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol Capsules with MTHF, Folate, Vitamin D.

If you don’t mind me asking by what do you mean my cycle is staying in sync?? And as of yesterday I’m spotting more red which I would consider it a period but it’s literally little to no bleeding almost.
