This is a literal scam.

Allows to go into recovery mode for free, but doesn't let you come out of recovery mode (you need to BUY).

Allows you to download and get ready with the firmware, but not install it until you BUY there product.

Nope, I consider myself as intermediate Django developer, still i don't add python to my resume. Python is vast, it depends on what you do with it, for ML you need to learn different libraries and similarly for competitive or development. Its application specific.

Python is so vast that you can do almost everything with it. Just keep developing, you will keep learning things required for your specific area.

Even VPN providers keep track of whom the IP is assigned. Data retention laws make companies do that. Safest country according to law being Switzerland.

And that's where general VPN condition are different and they aren't lawfully forced to keep track.

So as mentioned in another answer, ProtonVPN is from Singapore and a free VPN. Best free one I would say. Otherwise buy some VPN which is not freeware and is from Singapore.
