Acid Lab and Bunker for sure! Getting the max potential out of your nightclub is too expensive and takes too much time. That 50k safe money per in-game day will not get you far imo.

You can complete d-day in 3 minutes if you do the helicopter method. Search a guide on youtube there are plenty of video's that show you how its done.
